1. About the service

IMAGINER is operated by Mirava Studio, based in Ketapang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia (“Mirava Studio”, “we”, “us”). IMAGINER lets you submit many prompts at once, choose an AI image model, process them through a server-side queue, and download the results. IMAGINER also offers an API for developers. By using IMAGINER, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You sign in with your Google account. The service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
One person, one account. You may not create multiple accounts to get around usage limits.

3. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes 10 images per 7 days, no credit card required. The period starts from your first image in that period.
Paid plans are prepaid passes (a number of days) or prepaid credit for the API. They never renew automatically and simply end when the active period is over, so there is no recurring charge to cancel.
While a pass is active, web usage has no quota (“unlimited”), but it is still subject to rate limits, a maximum number of prompts per batch, and fair use, to prevent abuse and keep the service stable for everyone.
Prices, benefits and payment methods are shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Pakasir) via QRIS or other available methods.
We may change the free allowance and prices in the future. Changes do not apply retroactively to passes or credit you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

Refunds are requested from the Refund page in your dashboard while the feature is available. Requests are reviewed and approved by an admin, and the money is sent to the bank account or e-wallet you provide.
Passes are refunded pro rata based on the remaining full days of the order you paid for. API credit is refunded based on the remaining credit you purchased.
The refund is calculated from the amount you paid minus the payment gateway fee, then minus a one-time transfer fee per request: free to BCA, Rp2,500 to other banks, and Rp1,000 to e-wallets. The minimum refund is Rp10,000.
Bonus days or credit, referral rewards and admin grants are not refundable. Days or credit included in a request are deactivated immediately and returned to your account if the request is rejected.
Other than as described above, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Developer API and resellers

API keys are confidential. You are responsible for all usage made with your API key, including if the key is leaked.
API usage is subject to the rate limits of your plan, and API credit is deducted at the per-image price shown to you.
Resellers who issue licenses to their customers are responsible for making sure those customers comply with these terms and the Content Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Content Policy. You also may not:

use the service to create prohibited content;
disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the service, including automation beyond the features and API we provide;
scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access our systems without authorization;
share, sell or rent out your account, except through the official reseller program.

7. Prompts, generated images and content rights

You keep your rights to the prompts you write.
We do not claim ownership of images generated for you. To the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the model provider used, you may use the results, including for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for making sure your use of generated images does not violate the law or the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks and personality rights.
AI output may resemble other works and is not guaranteed to be unique or free of claims.
You grant us a limited permission to process your prompts and store the results solely to provide the service to you.

8. Third-party providers

Images are generated by AI models operated by third-party AI model providers. Your prompts are sent to these providers for processing, and their terms and content policies may also apply to your use. Images generated on the web are saved to your own Google Drive. We do not control these models and do not guarantee their output.

9. Queue and availability

Your jobs are processed in a server-side queue and keep running even if you close your browser. Processing times may vary, and the service is provided “as is”. We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will always be available without interruption, including during maintenance. Keep copies of your results: API result links are temporary and we may delete old data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may reject prompts, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy, or that harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing aufa@mirava.studio.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mirava Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably.
