Summary

We collect your name and email from Google sign-in (via Clerk), the prompts you submit, the model you choose, generation results and usage, plus technical data such as your IP address. Prompts are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate images; web results are saved to your own Google Drive. We use Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and Sentry for analytics, advertising measurement and error monitoring. We do not sell personal data. You can request access, correction or deletion at aufa@mirava.studio. The service is for users aged 18 and over.

1. Who we are

IMAGINER is operated by Mirava Studio, Ketapang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights, in line with applicable Indonesian regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: the name and email address of the Google account you sign in with. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which also stores your profile photo. We never receive your Google password.
  • Google Drive connection: if you connect Google Drive, we store an access token and your Drive email address. We only request access to files created by IMAGINER, not to other files in your Drive.
  • Service data: the prompts you submit, the models and settings you choose, job status in the queue, links to generated images, reference images you upload, and your usage.
  • Technical data: IP address and sign-in records, device and browser type, and error logs needed for security and to fix problems.
  • Payment and refund data: order history and payment status. Payments are processed by Pakasir; we do not store your card or payment account details. If you request a refund, we store the account holder name and the bank account or e-wallet number you provide.
  • API data: if you use the developer API, we store your API keys and their usage records.

3. How we use data

  • to create and manage your account;
  • to process your prompts and generate images;
  • to apply usage limits, manage paid plans and process refunds;
  • to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce the Content Policy;
  • to understand how the service is used, measure advertising, and improve the service;
  • to contact you about the service or your requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share data with

  • AI model providers: your prompts, settings and reference images are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate images.
  • Clerk (authentication) and Google (Google sign-in and saving results to your Google Drive).
  • Pakasir (payments): the order data needed to process payments.
  • Cloud storage: API results and reference images are stored in IDCloudHost object storage; older data may be stored on Tencent Cloud.
  • Analytics and advertising: Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics and session recordings, which may be linked to your account ID and email), and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which receive your hashed email and account ID when you sign up).
  • Sentry (error monitoring): technical information when an error occurs.
  • Legal obligations: when required by law or by an official request from the authorities.

Some providers are located outside Indonesia, so your data may be processed in other countries.

5. How long we keep data

  • Account data, prompts and generation history are kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Images generated on the web are saved to your own Google Drive and stay under your control. We do not keep copies on our servers.
  • API results are stored in our cloud storage and shared through temporary links that are valid for 24 hours. Keep copies of your results, as we may delete old files.
  • Reference images you upload are deleted automatically after processing, within about 24 hours at most.
  • Activity and security logs may be kept for about 90 days, or longer when needed to prevent abuse.
  • Payment and refund records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing aufa@mirava.studio. You can also disconnect Google Drive at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

IMAGINER is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child is using the service, contact us and we will delete that data.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and browser storage for:

  • Sign-in and sessions (Clerk): required so you can sign in and stay signed in.
  • Analytics (Microsoft Clarity): to understand how the service is used and find display issues.
  • Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel): to measure how well our ads perform.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in requires session cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above will change.
