IMAGINER Content Policy

Summary

You may not use IMAGINER to create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, content that threatens or glorifies violence, hate or harassment, illegal content, fraud or forged documents, or content that infringes others' rights. Prompts are screened automatically and adult content is blocked. We may block prompts, remove content and suspend accounts. Report abuse to aufa@mirava.studio.

Prohibited content

You may not use IMAGINER to create, request or distribute:

  1. Sexual content involving minors or that appears to involve minors, in any form. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it to the authorities where appropriate.
  2. Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people, including sexual deepfakes.
  3. Impersonation and identity fraud: realistic images of real people made to mislead, defame or spread disinformation, as well as forged documents, IDs or evidence.
  4. Extreme violence: content that threatens specific people, glorifies violence against people, or encourages self-harm.
  5. Hate speech and harassment against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristics.
  6. Illegal content under applicable law.
  7. Infringing the rights of others: misleading copies of protected works, logos, trademarks or characters, or using other people’s names and faces without the right to do so.
  8. Abuse of the service: fraud, mass spam, or attempts to bypass safety restrictions and usage limits.

The AI model providers we use also have their own content policies, and your use must comply with them.

Enforcement

Prompts are automatically screened by the model provider’s moderation system before processing, and prompts detected as containing adult content are rejected. In addition, we may reject or block prompts, remove generated images, restrict or suspend accounts, and report serious violations to the authorities. We may act without prior notice when a violation is serious.
